Setting the date for the Saudi King’s Cup final between Al Hilal and Al Nassr

Al-Riyadiah newspaper confirmed that the Saudi Football Federation has decided on the date of the Al-Hilal and Al-Nasr match in the King’s Cup final, and with it the conclusion of the 2023-2024 sports season in the Kingdom.

Al-Hilal qualified for the final after defeating Al-Ittihad 2-1, while Al-Nasr defeated Al-Khaleej 3-1 in the semi-finals.

According to the latest report, the anticipated final will be held next Friday, May 31, 2024, with the Radiant Jewel Stadium in Jeddah hosting the Riyadh Derby.

The start whistle for the anticipated match will sound at nine in the evening, Mecca time.

Al-Nasr and Al-Hilal will play their last confrontation in the Saudi League on Monday, when Cristiano Ronaldo’s teammates will play against Al-Ittihad in a big summit, while “The Blue Wave” will meet Al-Wahda.

Al-Hilal won the Saudi League title and won it three rounds before the end, while Al-Nasr secured second place.

Al-Nasr hopes to win the King’s Cup for the first time in three decades, in order to emerge with an official championship this season after failing to win the league, the AFC Champions League, or the Super Cup.

As for Al Hilal, it hopes to achieve the local double and end the season without any defeat in Saudi Arabia, knowing that it was defeated only once, which was against Al Ain in the first leg of the AFC Champions League semi-finals.

It remains to be noted that Al-Hilal and Al-Nasr met 5 times this season, Al-Nasr won once in the Arab Championship final 2-1, and Al-Hilal won 3 times in the league, the Riyadh Season Cup, and the semi-final of the Super Cup, while it was tied once in the second round match of the league.
