Shocking statements from Ronaldinho: I will not support Brazil in Copa America!

Brazilian football legend Ronaldinho announced that he will not watch his country’s matches in the 2024 Copa America, and justified this by saying that this is one of the worst generations of the samba country in recent years.

Brazil is in the group of Paraguay, Colombia and Costa Rica, and it seemed clear that stability had returned when Dorival Junior was appointed permanently last March to lead the national team.

However, Ronaldinho attacked the national team in an unusual way, saying, “I will not follow any Brazilian match and will not celebrate any victory that will be achieved.”

He also added, “It is a sad moment for those who love Brazilian football. It is really difficult to have the energy and spirit to watch the national team’s matches anymore.”

He continued, “This team is one of the worst teams in recent years. There are no respectable leaders in it, only a handful of mediocre players, who are the majority.”

He concluded, “I have never seen a situation like this in my life. They lack the love for the Brazilian shirt and lack the quality of football. Our performance was the worst I have seen. It is a shame what is really happening.”

It is noteworthy that Ronaldinho played 97 international matches with the Brazilian national team and won the 2002 World Cup, the 1999 Copa America and the 2005 Confederations Cup.
