Sports journalist Pete O’Rourke claims that Al-Nassr management is planning to sign a “shocking” Brazilian player after their failure to sign Barcelona star Raphinha.
The Saudi club had submitted an offer for Raphinha in recent days, but the player’s desire is clear to stay at Barcelona no matter how fierce the competition.
According to O’Rourke, Al-Nassr’s sights are now set on Manchester United player Antony to bolster the right-wing position.
Undoubtedly, the option of Antony is “shocking” for Al-Nassr fans, as the player has been one of the worst players in Erik ten Hag’s squad over the past two years and has never managed to make any significant contribution.
United bought Antony from Ajax for £82 million, and criticism of ten Hag specifically for making this deal never stops.
It is worth noting that Antony and his agent previously announced that the player has no intention of leaving Old Trafford, regardless of the offers made.
