Jamal Musiala was the hero of the fastest goal in the five major leagues this season, when he gave his team Bayern Munich the lead against Holstein Kiel in the third round of the Bundesliga.
The German international, after a long ball from Manuel Neuer, scored the first goal for the Bavarian giants only 14 seconds after the start of the match.
This goal is Bayern Munich’s fastest goal in the last 26 years, noting that it is the third fastest goal for the Bavarians in history after Lothar Matthaus’ goal (13 seconds) against Hamburg in 1986, and Giovane Elber (11 seconds) against Borussia Mönchengladbach in 1998.
Musiala’s goal was the beginning of a very wide victory for Bayern, who rained 6-1 on the newly promoted Kiel.
Musiala’s goal wasn’t the only quick one on Saturday, as Wissa scored for Brentford at Manchester City in the Premier League after 22 seconds, but his team eventually suffered a 2-1 defeat.
We leave you now with the historic goal of the 21-year-old Musiala.
