According to the “Relevo” network, there are technical problems between Barcelona and La Liga that are hindering the announcement of Szczesny’s inclusion so far, and work is underway to resolve them as soon as possible.
Barcelona have the right to register Szczesny instead of Stegen by October 22nd at a maximum salary of 80% of the German’s salary, but it seems that the Catalan club must send additional papers proving the extent of Stegen’s injury, and the league must take the necessary legal steps to send the approval.
