English giants run after Marmoush, Frankfurt moves to secure him

The newspaper “Bild” reported that the Eintracht Frankfurt administration is about to submit a new offer to Omar Marmoush in order to renew his contract with the “Eagles”.

The Egyptian is living a more than wonderful state this season after contributing 12 goals in the first 6 matches for the German club in the Bundesliga, the last of which was scoring two goals against Bayern Munich.

Marmoush’s contract with Frankfurt still extends until the summer of 2027, however, the Frankfurt administration wants to give the player a significant increase in his salary to ensure his continuation until at least the end of the season.

Marmoush currently receives 2.5 million euros with Frankfurt, and the German club’s administration is ready to increase the salary to between 3.5 and 4 million euros annually.

So far, Marmoush is hesitant to accept this offer.

The German network “Sky” revealed that the Liverpool administration has put Marmoush’s name on the Reds’ wanted list, and he is being closely monitored at the present time to explore the possibility of contracting with him.

Frankfurt’s current priority is to keep Marmoush until the end of the season, by increasing his salary and extending his contract for an additional year.

The German club also plans to not have a penalty clause in Marmoush’s new contract as is the case in his current contract, in order to make as much money as possible from him next summer.

It is noteworthy that Marmoush has announced on more than one occasion that he dreams of playing in the English Premier League, and that his role model is Liverpool star Mohamed Salah.
