Yamal reveals the truth about his anger at Flick because of his substitution against Alaves

Barcelona star, Lamine Yamal, denied that he was angry with his coach Hansi Flick because of his substitution in the last match against Alaves in La Liga.

The signs of anger appeared on Yamal’s face when he went to the bench, and interpretations immediately began that he wanted to continue on the field for a longer period.

The Spanish international responded to that by explaining the reason for his anger and said, “I was not satisfied with the level I showed against Alaves, as I always demand more from myself.”

He also added, “The anger was more because of how I played and not because of the substitution, I was criticizing myself and angry with what I presented in the match.”

He continued, “I made it clear to Flick that I was angry with myself and not because of the substitution, and things between us are very good.”

He concluded, “We enjoy working with Flick and the way we play this season, Flick is close to everyone whether the player is playing or not, this is a very good thing.”
