Camera lenses captured an argument between Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior and Barcelona star Gavi in the final minutes of the match in El Clasico.
Barca achieved a wide victory 4-0, and Gavi participated as a substitute for the third match after returning from the severe injury that kept him off the field for almost a year.
The 18-year-old was seen pointing to Vinicius with the number 4, in reference to the very harsh result of the match for Real Madrid.
But the Brazilian star responded with a strong response, as he went to Gavi and told him “Yes, yes, but on Monday I will get the Golden Ball” in reference to his great success on the individual level.
According to all the data, Vinicius is the one who will be crowned the Golden Ball 2024 champion for the first time in his career and the fifth in the history of Brazilian football players.
Gavi is not nominated for any of the awards due to injury, although last year he was close to winning the Copa Award for Best Young Player, which may have been won by Jude Bellingham.
