Toni Kroos opened the door to returning to Real Madrid in a new position in the future.
The German star retired at the end of last season after 9 years at Real Madrid, during which he achieved 26 titles.
Earlier, Kroos considered that returning to Real Madrid was currently unlikely, but now he sees that it could happen in the future.
Kroos said in this regard, “Given the strength of my relationship with Real Madrid, I can never rule out doing something for this club in the future.”
He continued, “I will always remain close to Real Madrid, I will always defend the club and I will be by its side no matter what happens.”
He concluded, “The importance of Real Madrid to me will remain the same, I lived a long and successful period there and felt the love.”
Given Kroos’ previous statements that he will not work in the field of training, it is most likely that the German may return from an administrative position as an ambassador for the club or one of those responsible for the youth sectors.
It is noteworthy that Kroos is currently working on his own academy in Madrid, and perhaps by gaining experience from it he may work at the Santiago Bernabeu in the same sector.
