The identity of the teams qualified for the quarter-finals of the UEFA Nations League has been officially decided after the conclusion of the matches of the sixth and final round of the group stage.
16 teams play in the first level, and they have been distributed into 4 groups, from which the first and second qualify for the quarter-finals, the third plays a play-off to stay, and the fourth is relegated to the second level.

The Portuguese national team qualified from the first group after topping the standings with 14 points, and will be accompanied by the runner-up Croatia national team, while Scotland will play the play-off, and Poland will be relegated to the second level.
