Kylian Mbappe won his legal battle against Paris Saint-Germain to obtain the rest of his overdue dues.
The PSG management did not pay Mbappe the 55 million euros owed to him, which is the value of the loyalty bonus that he was supposed to receive last February, along with the salaries of his last 3 months at the Parc des Princes stadium.
Mbappe filed a lawsuit against Paris with the French League, which ruled in favor of Mbappe that he was entitled to receive his overdue money from the capital club, so Paris moved with another lawsuit submitted to the French Federation to invalidate the first decision.
According to Agence France-Presse, Paris Saint-Germain sent its request to the Federation’s Executive Committee one day late, while the club had 10 days to submit its request after losing the appeal it filed in mid-October.
The Parisian club was surprised by the dropping of its request after the club’s management was optimistic about the possibility of changing the French League’s decision.
It is assumed that the Paris Saint-Germain management will not stand idly by and will take other legal steps inside and outside France as part of its keenness not to give Mbappe this money.
