Yamal Warns Real Madrid Twice and Confirms: I will renew with Barcelona

Barcelona star Lamine Yamal has declared that he is undoubtedly staying with the Catalan club and is set to renew his contract soon. He also expressed confidence that his team will win La Liga this season.

In an interview with CNN, Yamal said, “I don’t know exactly when I will sign the new contract, but I believe it will happen soon.”

He added, “At the end of the day, Barcelona is the club of my life. I hope to renew my contract here and stay with them for as long as possible.”

Yamal continued, “I want to play in La Liga, I want to play for Barcelona, so yes, I will renew my contract. I will definitely do that.”

When asked about 2025 and his aspirations, Yamal replied, “We will give everything to win trophies. The starting point will be the Spanish Super Cup, and we hope it will be the best year of our lives.”

It seems that the 17-year-old has decided to warn Real Madrid twice: first by confirming his belief in winning La Liga, and second by promising that Barça will return from Saudi Arabia with the Spanish Super Cup title.

When questioned about Barcelona’s struggles in La Liga, he answered, “I have no doubt that we will win La Liga this season.”

He concluded, “I think it’s all about focus. We have shown in crucial moments that we are the best, and we will continue to do so.”

Barcelona currently sits in third place in La Liga with 38 points, five points behind leaders Real Madrid and two points behind second-placed Atlético Madrid.
