A club competing against relegation is trying to sign Rashford!

The Italian club Como has entered the line of those interested in signing Marcus Rashford this winter, according to what the famous journalist Di Marzio revealed.

Rashford’s departure from Manchester United has become a matter of time, after he was excluded from the calculations of coach Ruben Amorim and in light of the desire of the English club’s management to save his large salary.

Rashford’s representatives have arrived in Italy in recent days to hold talks with more than one club, and they have already met with officials from Milan and Juventus.

According to Di Marzio, Como, which is owned and coached by Cesc Fabregas, is seeking to sign Rashford, indicating that the newly promoted club to the Italian League will not face a financial crisis to achieve the deal.

Como is counting on two former colleagues of Rashford to convince him to join Fabregas’ squad, namely club ambassador Raphael Varane, and Englishman Dele Alli, who is currently training with the team and is expected to join its ranks in the coming days.

In response, journalist Fabrizio Romano confirmed the impossibility of completing this deal.

The famous journalist, quoting a source close to the player himself, said that Como is completely out of his calculations, there are no negotiations, and Rashford is not thinking in any way about joining the Italian club.

It seems logical considering that Como is not competing at the top in Italy, and is even close to the relegation places, occupying 16th place with 17 points, one point away from 18th place, which leads to relegation.

It is noteworthy that Rashford wants to play in a big club so that he can regain his level and with it guarantee his return to the England national team soon and participate in the 2026 World Cup.
