Will Lewandowski make it to El Clasico after his injury against Bilbao?

Mundo Deportivo reassured Barcelona fans about Robert Lewandowski’s condition and his position on participating against Real Madrid in the Spanish Super Cup final.

The Polish international left the Athletic Bilbao semi-final match due to a muscle injury in the 73rd minute, and initial reports were somewhat worrying about the duration of his absence.

According to Mundo, Lewandowski’s injury is minor and not worrying, and he will most likely be able to participate in the upcoming El Clasico on Sunday without any problems.

The newspaper demonstrated the 36-year-old’s improvement by participating in a recovery session on Thursday with Barcelona players, during which it was clear that the muscle pain had gone away.

Lewandowski was seen feeling discomfort while walking in the Bilbao match, but this issue ended and the player returned to his normal condition.

It is worth noting that Lewandowski scored two goals in the last El Clasico against Real Madrid last October, when Barcelona won 4-0 in the Spanish League.
