Press reports have revealed the identity of the stadium that will host the 2025 AFC Champions League Final.
The Champions League system has changed this season with the introduction of the Elite Championship, which will be held with the participation of 24 teams instead of 32 as usual.
Upon reaching the quarter-finals, 4 clubs from the East will gather with 4 from the West to play this round, the semi-finals and the final match in a knockout match system in one country.
In the 2025 edition, the AFC decided that Saudi Arabia would be the host of this round, which will witness confrontations between the teams of the East and the West instead of waiting for them only in the final match.
According to the newspaper “Al-Riyadhiyah”, the AFC decided to hold the 2025 AFC Champions League Final at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium, the stronghold of Al-Hilal Club.
At the same time, two matches from the quarter-finals will be played at Al-Awal Park, and two more at the King Abdullah Sports City, and each stadium will host one of the two semi-final matches.
It is worth noting here that the quarter-finals will start in late April, while the final match will be on May 4.
