Konrad Michalak sent an official notice to Zamalek to terminate his contract with the White Club, and to file a complaint against him with FIFA.
Michalak joined Zamalek on loan from Ohod Club before the start of the current season, but he failed to provide the expected addition from him.
Zamalek repeatedly tried to end Michalak’s loan, but the player insisted on receiving his full financial dues amounting to $700,000.
Zamalek did not pay Michalak’s salary in the past months, which forced the player to send a notice to terminate the contract two weeks ago.
Zamalek continued not to pay the late salaries to the blonde, Michalak decided to terminate the contract, and resort to FIFA to obtain his full remaining salary ($700,000) in addition to compensation for the damage.
In such cases, FIFA is always on the players’ side, and Zamalek has witnessed similar cases, most notably Khalid Boutaib, who received his full salary and was suspended from the White Club for two transfer periods because of him.
In the coming period, Zamalek will have to try to resolve the Michalak issue amicably, although the player has completely rejected the matter so far.
It remains to be noted that Zamalek tried to reach an agreement with Michalak in the past hours to terminate his contract without paying his full salary in order to include another foreign player, but the player also refused.
