Returning to Barcelona is Neymar’s biggest dream right now, and he wants to achieve it next summer no matter what, according to Sport.
The Brazilian international’s contract with Santos extends until next June, so he can leave for free to any club in the next summer Mercato.
Neymar’s current dream is to return to Barcelona, which prompted him to resort to the famous player agent Pini Zahavi, who has close relations with Joan Laporta’s administration.
But despite everything Neymar is trying to do, including reducing his salary to the minimum, he is facing the fact that Hansi Flick rejects the idea of the Brazilian’s return in form and substance.
Some Spanish journalists said that the German coach refuses to discuss the matter in the first place, and believes that Neymar’s return would negatively affect the locker room, as well as Barcelona technically.
Barcelona are planning to renew Flick’s contract until the summer of 2028, which means that Laporta will follow the German coach’s opinion on the Neymar issue, and therefore Neymar’s return seems very difficult and complicated.
It is worth noting that the 32-year-old began his career in Europe through Barcelona in 2013, before leaving suddenly to Paris Saint-Germain in 2017 for 222 million euros, the largest deal in football history.
