Sport newspaper reported that Liverpool star Mohamed Salah offered his services to Barcelona.
The Egyptian’s contract with the Reds expires at the end of the current season, and he can move to any club for free next summer.
Salah is an ideal choice, as Sport confirmed for Barcelona, considering that he has the necessary experience and can be relied upon as a striker or left winger.
The newspaper pointed out that Salah’s salary, estimated at about 15 million pounds annually, complicates his move to the Catalan club, especially with the difficult economic situation at Camp Nou.
The newspaper concluded that if Salah agrees to reduce his salary, it may be an option available to Barcelona, but this does not seem logical given Saudi interest in the services of the “Egyptian King”.
According to the report, Al Hilal offered Salah, 32, an annual salary of 50 million pounds, which makes the player closer to moving to the Roshn League next summer.
It is worth noting that Liverpool is also trying to renew Salah’s contract, but the agreement is complicated by the salary required as well as the duration of the contract.
