Joao Felix Won’t Leave Europe and Will Play in the 2025 Club World Cup!

Record reported that Joao Felix won’t leave Europe when his loan at AC Milan ends, but his career may see a relative decline.

Milan’s management loaned Felix last winter from Chelsea, but the Portuguese player failed to provide the desired improvement, making it certain that the option to buy next summer will not be activated.

Chelsea doesn’t want Felix back and will work hard to get rid of him, which has raised the possibility of him leaving for a club in the Saudi or American leagues, given the lack of interest from European clubs.

However, according to the latest report, Benfica is working hard to bring the 26-year-old back to the Estadio da Luz and give him the opportunity to participate in the 2025 Club World Cup.

The player doesn’t seem to reject this idea; rather, he welcomes a return to the club where his career began and contributes to the upcoming international arena, hoping to reach the farthest point possible.

If the deal goes through, it will be on loan, and Chelsea’s management would have no objection to sending the Portuguese player back on loan, with Benfica covering all or a large portion of his salary.

It should be noted that Benfica were drawn in Group C of the Club World Cup alongside Bayern Munich, Boca Juniors, and New Zealand’s Auckland City.
