Achraf Bencharki continued to shine with Al-Ahly, this time in his second appearance with the Red Devils against Haras El-Hodoud in the 16th round of the Egyptian League.
Bencharki had scored in his first appearance with Al-Ahly against Zamalek, in the Egyptian football summit that ended in a 1-1 draw last week.
The Moroccan did not participate as a starter in the Haras El-Hodoud match, but Kohler pushed him at the start of the second half when the score was 0-0.
Bencharki wasted more than one opportunity, before luck smiled on him and he scored the winning goal in the 92nd minute, with three very valuable points for Al-Ahly.
After the final whistle, the Egyptian Clubs Association awarded Bencharki the Man of the Match award.
Thanks to this goal, Al-Ahly reached 36 points and is tied with Pyramids with one less match for the blue team.
The goal speaks of Bencharki’s tremendous quality.
