A major deal within the Saudi League between Al-Nassr and Al-Ittihad

Okaz newspaper revealed that Al-Nassr management offered the services of its player Sadio Mane to Al-Ittihad in order to sign him during the current summer Mercato.

The Al-Nassr management had previously decided to leave Mane after he did not perform as expected over the past season, making the Senegalese international’s name associated with many clubs.

From within Saudi Arabia, it was said that negotiations between Al-Nassr and Al-Qadisiyah were in advanced stages, but they failed, raising the possibility of the player moving to Besiktas or Fenerbahce in Turkey.

But according to recent news, Mane may continue in Saudi Arabia through Al-Ittihad, which in principle does not mind obtaining the signature of the 32-year-old.

The recruitment committee in the Saudi League offered Mane to move to Al-Ittihad on loan, but the Jeddah Tigers management set one condition for completing this deal.

This condition is for Mane to make a significant reduction in his salary, especially since his current salary with Al-Nassr amounts to 25 million euros, and the dean cannot currently pay this number.

It remains to be noted that Al-Ittihad is currently trying to get rid of the duo Jota and Luiz, and is working to sign a new coach to succeed Marcelo Gallardo.
