Real Madrid announced in an official statement that a new change has been made to the team roster that will play against Real Sociedad on Friday in the Spanish League at Anoeta Stadium.
The list announced on Thursday witnessed the absence of Jude Bellingham and Ferland Mendy, due to the former suffering from stomach pain and the latter suffering from a muscle injury.
But on Friday, Real Madrid confirmed that Bellingham was recovering and decided to include him in the list to be available to participate in the upcoming summit.
Meanwhile, Rodrygo was excluded from the list due to influenza and his inability to recover in time.
As for Ferland Mendy, he will remain absent from the match in light of Carlo Ancelotti’s policy of resting him to be ready for the most important summit against Bayern Munich next Tuesday in the Champions League.
It is noteworthy that Real Madrid leads the Spanish League standings, 11 points behind runner-up Barcelona, before facing Real Sociedad.
