The match between Celtic and Club Brugge in the fifth round of the Champions League witnessed a very strange goal.
While the Scottish club was trying to prepare the game, goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel moved to the far right flank to pass the ball to Greg Taylor.
Taylor then passed the ball to Nicholas Kuhn, who found great pressure from Club Brugge players, to pass the ball to central defender Cameron Carter-Vickers.
Vickers preferred to return the ball to his goalkeeper Schmeichel, to pass the ball backwards without looking, considering that the Dane was in his goal.
But the surprise was that Schmeichel did not return from the right flank yet, and ran after the ball but did not catch up with it, so the ball entered his net and Brugge advanced with the goal.
A very strange shot and a shared responsibility between the goalkeeper and the defender for this grave mistake..
