Karim Benzema succeeded in regaining his scoring sense, after scoring a goal during Al-Ittihad’s 2-1 victory over Al-Wahda in the Saudi Super Cup semi-final.
The French star has been absent from scoring for 115 days, specifically since his goal against Al-Ahly of Egypt in the quarter-finals of the Club World Cup last December 15.
The French international was subjected to severe criticism because of this, and finally he succeeded in responding, and it was not an ordinary response, but rather entered the history of Saudi football from its widest gates.
Benzema scored the opening goal for Al-Ittihad only 56 seconds after the start of the Al-Wahda match, making it the fastest goal in the history of the Saudi Super Cup, which started in 2012.
With this goal, Benzema raised his number of goals for Al-Ittihad this season to 13 goals in all tournaments.
Now we leave you with the amazing goal of the 36-year-old.
