After a 5-month fast.. Mostafa Mohamed scores in the French League (Video)

Mostafa Mohamed returned to score in the French League after a long absence, during his team Nantes’ match against Lyon in the 19th round.

The result indicated that Lyon was ahead by a clean goal, then the Egyptian came from the bench in the 69th minute, and then scored the valuable equalizer for his team in the 90th minute.

This goal is Mostafa Mohamed’s second goal this season, and his first since his goal in Montpellier on August 31.

Nantes coach Antoine Komparier had confirmed that the player wanted to leave since last summer, but he has not been able to find a new club yet, so he is staying and will remain as an alternative option for him.

The 25-year-old’s goal ensured Nantes temporarily moved away from the relegation zone, as the Yellows reached 18 points in 14th place.

It is worth noting that international media linked Mostafa Mohamed to more than one club, most notably Leicester City and Eintracht Frankfurt, but he is expected to continue with Nantes until the end of the current season.
