After Dybala, another Roma star close to a move to the Saudi League

The Italian newspaper “La Repubblica” revealed that Roma star Tammy Abraham is close to a move to one of the Saudi Pro League clubs during the remaining few days of the current summer transfer window.

The English striker has been out of Roma coach Daniele De Rossi’s plans, who preferred to sign Girona striker Artem Dovbyk and keep Abraham as the third option in the attacking line.

According to the Italian newspaper, Abraham is on his way out of Roma and his next destination will be the Saudi League, but the identity of the club closest to securing the player’s services has not been revealed.

This comes despite Abraham being linked with several major European clubs such as Milan, West Ham and Everton, but the player’s current desire is to move to the Saudi League.

The new club for Abraham is not expected to be one of the top clubs in the Saudi League, and Al-Shabab is the closest team currently negotiating with the player.

It is worth noting that Abraham’s move to the Saudi League will make him the second Roma player to leave for Saudi Arabia after Paulo Dybala, after the Argentine completed his deal with Al-Qadsiah.
