Al-Ahly confirms the absence of its star for another three weeks due to injury!

Al-Ahly’s doctor, Ahmed Gaballah, announced the continued absence of the team’s star, Taher Mohamed Taher, for a period that will not be short due to injury.

In mid-December, Al-Ahly confirmed that Taher suffered a partial tear in the lower anterior muscle in the outer part, without specifying the duration of his absence.

Now, Al-Ahly’s doctor reveals that Taher needs at least another three weeks to recover and return to participate in the Red Castle’s training again.

This means that Taher will be absent from Al-Ahly until the end of the group stage in the African Champions League, and he will not participate against Smouha and El-Gouna and most likely Farco in the Egyptian League.

Now, work is underway to prepare the shining winger this season to be present in the big match against Pyramids on January 26, scheduled for Cairo International Stadium.

It is worth noting that the 27-year-old player has played 10 matches this season in all tournaments, during which he scored 5 goals and made 3 others.
