The Athletic network revealed that Al-Nassr made a huge official offer to sign Kaoru Mitoma, the Brighton star, during the current winter transfer period.
Al-Nassr had concluded in the last hours the contract with Aston Villa striker John Doran, and is now looking for another sensational deal before the end of the Mercato.
According to the English network, Al-Nassr offered to buy the Japanese Mitoma for 65 million euros, while in reality his market value does not exceed 45 million euros.
But Brighton’s response was a complete rejection, and then the official spokesman for the English club came out to announce that Mitoma is not for sale, regardless of the offer submitted by any club.
Al-Nassr management submitted an improved offer worth 90 million euros on Friday, however, Brighton continued to be stubborn and completely closed the door on Mitoma’s departure.
The 27-year-old Mitoma is one of the most prominent players in the Premier League in the last two years. This season, he played 25 matches with Brighton, during which he scored 5 goals and made 3 others.
