Amorim’s first victim.. United settles on the departure of its star

Manchester United’s management has settled on the first player to leave the Red Devils in the next summer transfer period.

According to Sky, the Red Devils’ management will not offer Christian Eriksen a renewal.

The Danish international’s contract expires at the end of the current season, and although he has been performing well in recent months, the club does not intend to renew him based on the vision of coach Ruben Amorim.

The Portuguese coach wants clear support in the midfield position, whether in position 8 or position 6, while stressing the need for new contracts for young players.

With Eriksen reaching 32 years old, Amorim does not want to rely on him too much, and the idea indirectly reached the Danish star who will start looking for a new club soon.

It is worth noting that Eriksen has participated in 14 matches with United this season in all tournaments, during which he scored 4 goals and made 3 others.
