Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti confirmed that Arda Guler will not leave the Royal Club next season, whether on loan or sale, and that he is an integral part of the Merengue’s plans for the future.
Guler scored his second goal for Real Madrid, after scoring the winning goal against Real Sociedad in the match at Anoeta Stadium last Friday for the Spanish League.
Guler noticeably misses playing matches this season, which has led some to predict a fate similar to that of Brahim Diaz, where he will be loaned out for a year or two and then return again to the Santiago Bernabeu.
For his part, Ancelotti commented on this matter by saying, “I assure you that Arda Guler will remain with us next season and will be part of the Real Madrid roster.”
He also added, “Guler has great potential. He is a very talented player and is a fundamental pillar for our future project at Real Madrid.”
As for the 19-year-old player himself, he stressed how happy he is to wear the Real Madrid shirt, and added that he is working not only to develop physically, but also mentally.
It is noteworthy that Ancelotti also promised that Guler would participate in many matches in the coming period before the end of the season, given that La Liga has practically been decided and his desire to rest the main players and give the youth an opportunity.
