Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti expressed his concern about the start of the international break and the injuries it could bring to the Royal Club players.
The Italian coach’s statements came against the backdrop of Real Madrid’s 2-0 victory over Real Betis in the fourth round of La Liga thanks to a brace from Kylian Mbappe.
Ancelotti told the media, “The international break is not good, the players who will travel to South America will have a big difficulty in returning in good condition.”
He also added, “We face a big risk, which is injuries. I hope that none of our players suffer any injuries. I hope that they all return in good health.”
As for the rumors about Vinicius Junior’s bad relationship with Kylian Mbappe, Ancelotti responded by saying, “I think they have a good relationship, as well as with Rodrygo, and we are happy to have the trio together.”
He concluded, “Vinicius was unselfish and left the penalty kick to Mbappe. I am happy that we are moving forward together. We have to work with all we have to achieve our goals this season.”
