Liverpool star Trent Alexander-Arnold believes that new Reds manager Arne Slot is a great help to him, unlike his predecessor Jurgen Klopp.
When asked about Slot, the England full-back replied: “I told him I want to be a full-back that no one in Europe wants to face.”
He also added, hinting that he has not benefited from Klopp, “It’s really good to have a manager who helps you and guides you and teaches you to be better.”
Arnold’s contract with Liverpool expires at the end of this season and his name has been linked a lot with a move to Real Madrid, and he responded diplomatically about his future.
Arnold said: “I want to win titles, I’m a player who is very passionate about trophies and winning things and being at the top, so that’s probably the main factor in anything.”
He concluded: “I’ve been at the club for 20 years now, I’ve signed four or five extensions and none of them have been announced publicly, and that’s not going to happen either.”
