Arsenal loses Saka for a long time.. and his replacement suffers a serious injury!

The Times newspaper revealed that Arsenal will lose the services of Bukayo Saka for a long time due to injury, at a time when coach Mikel Arteta announced that Raheem Sterling suffered a serious injury.

Saka left the last match between Arsenal and Crystal Palace after 24 minutes due to a hamstring injury, and from the first moment, Arteta confirmed that things do not seem reassuring about him.

According to the British newspaper, Saka will be absent from the stadiums for at least a month and a half, which is a big blow considering that the English player is the first star of the Gunners this season and his injury comes at a time full of important matches on all levels.

In this way, Arsenal will lose Saka in the matches against Ipswich Town, Brentford, Brighton, Tottenham, Aston Villa and Wolverhampton in the Premier League, in addition to the match against Newcastle in the Carabao Cup semi-final, Manchester United in the FA Cup, and Girona in the Champions League.

If all goes well, Saka could be back in action for Arsenal against Manchester City on February 2.

Arteta confirmed on Monday that Raheem Sterling, Saka’s only replacement on the wing, has also been injured and will be out for a few weeks, pending a medical to determine the exact length of his absence.

Saka has made 24 appearances for Arsenal this season in all competitions, scoring nine goals and providing 13 assists, while Sterling has played 11 games, scoring one goal and providing two assists.
