Bayern Munich player Jamal Musiala considered Lionel Messi to be the best player in the history of football and far superior to Cristiano Ronaldo.
The young player gave an interview with Bavarian club television, during which he touched on many matters, before he was asked about his opinion on who is superior to the other in the Messi-Ronaldo conflict.
Musiala did not hesitate to answer this, and said, “For me, Messi is the best.”
As for his top 5 players throughout history, he said, “Messi and Ronaldo. The rest are difficult to say. I have not followed specific names, but Pele. You can say Maradona as well, as well as Gerd Muller.”
He concluded about the best in the world currently, “Mbappe, Harry Kane is having a special season, and so is Jude Bellingham. It is difficult to say that just one player is the best now 100%. Many are shining now.”
