England star Jude Bellingham is at risk of being subjected to a surprise penalty at Euro 2024 due to the way he celebrated his goal against Slovakia in the round of 16.
Bellingham scored the equalizer for England in the last minute of normal time, before Harry Kane succeeded in scoring the winning goal in extra time to pass the “Three Lions” to the Euro quarter-finals.
The Real Madrid star was subjected to a harsh attack because he made a disgraceful gesture to the Slovenian fans after scoring the goal, which forced him to come out and justify what happened.

“It was a joke about the close friends in the stands,” Bellingham wrote. “I have nothing but respect for the way Slovakia played today.”
According to the Portuguese newspaper “Ebola”, Bellingham’s move could cause him to be suspended for at least one match in the Euros and a fine imposed.
UEFA had previously fined Cristiano Ronaldo 20,000 euros for celebrating in the same way as Bellingham in a Champions League match.
Bellingham’s behavior may be considered “disgraceful” and thus increase to a fine and suspension, which could lead to him missing the quarter-final match against Switzerland on July 5.
UEFA is expected to announce its decision in this regard within the next few hours, and the 21-year-old may be subject to investigation before imposing sanctions on him.
