Bencharki scores a goal against Zamalek and refuses to celebrate (Video)

Achraf Bencharki participated for the first time with Al-Ahly, during the summit match against Zamalek in the 15th round of the Egyptian League.

The Moroccan international replaced Mohamed Abdullah in the 60th minute, and after only 12 minutes he was able to score the goal that put Al-Ahly ahead against his former team, Zamalek.

After the goal, Bencharki refused to celebrate out of appreciation and respect for the Zamalek fans, whose jersey he defended for 3 years, during which he was one of the most successful foreign players in the club’s history.

In the end, Bencharki’s joy was not complete, as his compatriot Mahmoud Bentayj was able to equalize for Zamalek in the 84th minute.

With this result, Al-Ahly reached 33 points, tied with Pyramids, but the blue team will have the opportunity to move away at the top of the Egyptian League if it wins against Tala’ea El-Geish on Sunday.

On the other hand, the point raised Zamalek’s score to 28 points in third place.
