Egyptian media revealed that one of the Egyptian Premier League stars received an offer from a Spanish club to join its ranks in the current winter Mercato.
The talk here is about Pyramids winger, Ibrahim Adel, whom Getafe seeks to acquire his services only 6 months after the failure of the first attempt to include him last summer.
Pyramids had requested one million euros to accept the loan of the Egyptian Olympic team star to Getafe in the last Mercato, while the Spanish club insisted on only 500 thousand euros.
According to Egyptian media, Getafe has renewed its interest once again in signing Ibrahim Adel, but has not specified the value it wants to pay, or whether it wants the player on loan or a final sale.
As for the Pyramids management, it decided to return first to the club’s owners in the Emirates before accepting or rejecting, although it is clear that the Egyptian club will be more flexible in the negotiations this time.
Ibrahim Adel, 23, has a contract with Pyramids until the summer of 2029. This season, he has participated in 10 matches, scoring 4 goals and making 2 assists.
