En-Nesyri bids farewell to Sevilla after a historic career and moves to a new club

Moroccan star Youssef En-Nesyri has reached an agreement with Fenerbahce to join their ranks from Sevilla during the current summer transfer window.

According to Spanish press reports, the value of En-Nesyri’s transfer from Sevilla to the Turkish club is 25 million euros.

En-Nesyri will undergo a medical examination on Monday before signing his transfer contracts to join José Mourinho’s squad on a three-year contract.

According to the newspaper “Mundo Deportivo”, the Moroccan star was present on Monday morning at Sevilla’s training ground to bid farewell to the players and the club before leaving for Turkey to join Fenerbahce.

The 27-year-old striker has had an exceptional career with the Andalusian club, scoring 73 goals in 196 games, as well as winning the Europa League twice.

This will be En-Nesyri’s first experience in his professional career outside of La Liga, having previously played for Malaga, Leganes and finally Sevilla since 2020.
