Joao Felix has called on his club Barcelona officials to move to include Bernardo Silva from Manchester City in the upcoming summer transfer market.
There have been rumors recently that Bernardo could leave City next summer for 50 million euros, which is the value of the release clause in his contract with the English club.
During a press interview, Felix hinted that his compatriot Bernardo dreams of playing for Barcelona, and urged Joan Laporta’s management to sign him.
“The club should sign Bernard Silva, he is a very good player and a much better person,” Felix said.
He also added, “They constantly ask me about Barcelona. He has his family here in the city and they always ask me how things are going here.”
In this regard, he concluded, “I told him that everything is fine and I am ready for him to come and join us.”
Joao Felix’s own future remains at stake in Barcelona, as his loan expires at the end of this season and Atletico Madrid wants a large sum to accept his sale.
