FIFA has unveiled the new 2025 Club World Cup shield.
The United States of America is scheduled to host the Club World Cup in its new form between June and July 2025.
The tournament will be held with the participation of 32 clubs, 12 of which are European, in addition to the presence of 5 Arab teams.
FIFA published a picture of the new shield that the tournament champion will receive at MetLife Stadium in New York next July, and in a completely different form from the usual shield in the last two decades of the tournament.
The new cup consists of a layer of 24-carat gold with laser-engraved engravings and decorations on both sides, and the decorations include a map of the world and the names of all FIFA federations.
FIFA President Gianni Infantino commented on the new shield, saying: “The players of the champion team who will lift this trophy will carry in their hands the glory of the world of club football and will write a new great history.”
