Kylian Mbappe missed a penalty again, this time in the match between Real Madrid and Athletic Bilbao on Wednesday in the Spanish League.
The French international had missed a penalty last Wednesday at Anfield against Liverpool in the Champions League, which was one of the reasons for the Royal Club’s 2-0 defeat.
Mbappe then gave Jude Bellingham a penalty against Getafe, which coach Carlo Ancelotti considered “generous” from him.
Mbappe returned to taking penalties again when the score indicated Athletic Bilbao’s lead 1-0 against Real at San Mames.
The 25-year-old took the penalty in the same way he took the penalty against Liverpool, and perhaps worse, and goalkeeper Julen saved it and kept his team’s lead.

Bellingham later managed to equalize for Real Madrid, but Gorka Guruzeta scored the second goal that decided the match in favor of the Basque club.
