Juventus goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny refused to join a Saudi League club this summer, for the second time in the last year.
Szczesny is close to leaving Juventus this summer, and according to what journalist Nicolo Schira reported, there is great interest from the Saudi League in including the Polish goalkeeper.
Szczesny has already received a Saudi offer that makes him one of the highest-paid goalkeepers in the world at 15 million euros annually, but he does not want to go to the Roshen League.
This is not the first time that Szczesny has refused to join the Saudi League. One of the clubs tried to include him last summer, but he preferred to continue with Juventus.
Although the situation is different this time, given that the goalkeeper’s chances of continuing with Juventus are much reduced, he is determined to continue in Europe for the remainder of his career.
It is noteworthy that Juventus has been playing for Juventus since he joined the ranks of the Old Lady in 2017 from Arsenal.
