After the match, captain Luka Modric was seen trying to convince Güler to take a picture with the European Super Cup, amid clear refusal from the 19-year-old to do so.
It was clear that Güler did not recognize himself as a contributor to the title, having played only two minutes in the match, and that is why he did not want to take a picture with the trophy.
Modric’s insistence on Güler did not stop, and the latter finally agreed to take a picture but alongside Modric and not alone with the trophy.

This scene raises many questions about Güler’s happiness at Real Madrid and whether the situation will continue like this throughout the season, considering the difficulty of him starting matches regularly.
