According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Florenzi’s cruciate ligament has been damaged, and to make matters worse, he has also suffered damage to the lateral meniscus of his knee.
Florenzi is scheduled to undergo surgery in the coming days and will be sidelined for approximately a year due to this serious injury.
