The Argentine international’s contract expires at the end of next season, and Inter Miami wants to secure Messi’s continuation until the end of the 2026 World Cup.
According to the latest report, Inter Miami’s management is playing the card of allowing Messi to return to Europe to convince him to renew with them.
The offer includes allowing Messi to play in Europe in late 2025 and early 2026 in the period between the end of next season and the start of the next season.
The American League usually starts in March and ends in October, and in between that, the players are on a rest period, as is the case at the present time.
