It’s over… Ancelotti won’t coach Brazil!

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has decided to reject the offer from the Brazilian national team to take over from Dorival Junior.

The Italian had been a target for Brazil since last year, before extending his contract with Real Madrid, which forced the Samba club to hire another coach, Junior.

Ancelotti’s name was recently brought up again after Junior’s dismissal due to poor results, especially as his future with Real Madrid was in jeopardy.

According to Tutto Mercato, Ancelotti does not intend to work as a national team coach, and he recently said in statements that it would be a part-time job that would diminish his passion.

The Italian newspaper quoted Ancelotti as saying, “I really like training every day and preparing for training, but working with national teams is completely different.”

Thus, Al-Hilal coach Jorge Jesus is the closest to coaching Brazil, having come close to leaving the Blue Wave due to their failure to win any titles this season.
