Omar Marmoush scored a stunning goal for Manchester City against Brighton in the 29th round of the English Premier League.
Since scoring a hat-trick at the Etihad Stadium against Newcastle, the Egyptian international has not scored, whether in the Champions League against Real Madrid or in subsequent Premier League matches against Liverpool, Tottenham, and Nottingham Forest.
Pep Guardiola started Marmoush against Brighton at the Etihad Stadium, and just 39 minutes later, the 25-year-old gave City the lead.
Marmoush received the ball on the edge of the penalty area and unleashed a shot that Brighton goalkeeper Bart Verbruggen could only follow.

Overall, this was Marmoush’s 38th goal contribution this season, whether with Eintracht Frankfurt or Manchester City.
With today’s goal, Marmoush has now scored 24 goals and provided 14 assists, with only 4 of those coming with City, where he joined in January for €75 million.
