Although all evidence confirms that Kylian Mbappe is on his way to moving to Real Madrid, French football legend Marcel Desailly does not agree with this, and even believes that the player will move to the Saudi League.
The French media had confirmed that Mbappe had agreed with Real Madrid on all the details, provided that his transfer to the Santiago Bernabeu would be officially announced at the end of his contract at the end of the current season.
“My opinion is a little different about his future,” Desailly said in statements to BeIN Sports. “Real Madrid is not the right destination for him with Vinicius, Bellingham, and players of high quality.”
He also added, “At Real Madrid, Mbappe will not be the number one star he wants, so I expect a slightly different direction for him.”
He continued, “I have a feeling that Mbappe will move to the Saudi League. The idea of football has become an industry and he can play there for at least a year and then return to Europe.”
He concluded, “It’s not about money. The Saudi League has become very competitive and the stadiums are always crowded with fans and everyone is watching from everywhere.”
It is noteworthy that the Saudi League announced earlier that it had inquired about Mbappe’s status and the possibility of his transfer to the Roshen League, but without revealing the result of that yet.
