The Professional Footballers’ Association “FIFPro” announced the best team in 2024, amid the absence of the legendary duo Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
In general, this is the first time that Messi has been absent from the team in the last 20 years, while the Don is absent for the fourth time in a row.
Perhaps the most controversial thing about the choices was the presence of Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson, while many goalkeepers, most notably Andriy Lunin, performed much better than the Brazilian.
The formation is chosen through the votes of professional players from more than 70 countries around the world, and Jude Bellingham was the most voted with 11,176.
Real Madrid duo Kylian Mbappe and Vinicius Junior were present, and Virgil van Dijk was the only one from outside the royal club or Manchester City in the formation.
