Mohamed Salah reveals his “biggest dream” and calls for humility

Liverpool star Mohamed Salah has expressed his dream of the Reds winning the Premier League this season.

The Egyptian international’s statements came after he led his team to a 3-1 victory over Leicester City last Thursday in the 18th round of the Premier League.

After the match, Salah was asked about Liverpool’s current lead in the English Premier League, to which he replied, “The most important thing now is to be humble.”

He also added, “Sometimes we lose matches after we were ahead, we have to focus and pray that injuries stay away from us and continue with our current style, this is how we will achieve the title.”

He continued, “I really dream of winning the Premier League this season.”

Thanks to his goal against Leicester, Salah’s total goals with Liverpool in the Premier League at Anfield reached 100 goals, and he commented on that by saying, “It is something I am very proud of, we have to continue working hard now, the most important thing for me is the team’s victory.”

“I hope we win the Premier League, and the fact that I have a big influence on that is something very nice for me,” he concluded.

Liverpool lead the Premier League standings with 42 points after 17 games, while their closest pursuers Arsenal have 36 points from 18 games.
